Welcome to Apollo Custom — a galaxy of precision coatings, laser sorcery, and just the right amount of attitude. Before you dive in, there’s some legal stuff we need to cover. It’s not as fun as Cerakote gradients or laser-etched stuff, but it’s important.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. If you’re not into that kind of commitment, feel free to admire us from afar — but don’t use the site or services. No hard feelings.
2. What We Do
We offer high-quality product finishing services — including ultra-thin Cerakote applications, laser engraving, and custom surface design — mostly for gearheads, builders, and people who appreciate cool stuff done right. Services may evolve over time, because we’re always leveling up.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Orders are subject to availability and pricing at the time of purchase. If we quote it, we honor it (unless your time machine makes it weird). Payment details will be outlined in your specific order. We do custom work — not chaos.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our logos, designs, and the clever things we say — belongs to Apollo Custom or our licensors. You’re welcome to browse, admire, and even share (with credit). But you can’t use our brand for your brand. That’s not rad, it’s just rude.
5. Limitation of Liability
Look, we’re good — like really good — but life happens. If something breaks, burns, or offends your cousin Larry during Thanksgiving, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or cosmic damages. Use our services responsibly and contact us if you hit a snag.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina (United States of America) Hoorah— even if your project feels intergalactic. Disputes will be handled in accordance with local jurisdiction (not in space court, sorry).
7. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms when necessary (or when our legal friends say we have to). If we do, we’ll post the new version here — no smoke, no mirrors.
